I'm looking at $3300 for the year in a covered berth. That doesn't bother me. It's the darn trains that run not more than 150 feet away from my dock. They lay on the horn all hours of the day and night. Get at least 15 or more trains a day going through.
If it weren't for that I would absolutely love our marina. Nice, beautiful, 2 miles from the house, 4 miles from work, easy access to the Delta (San Joaquin River and Sacramento River) and to the Carquinez Straight and the SF Bay beyond.
Just those trains all day and night.

Same as last year $2700,00 includes water & elec. The only slip available for the 38 is a open slip between the 34' & 40' slips. The marina was bought about 3 years ago by the Vining Group, it was the 4th marina they bought. Now they have over a dozen, still have the same managers & employees. Does anyone have any info on marinas on the river near St. Louis, Mo.? Thank you for any info good or bad.

Same as last year, $3200.00 for a 40' slip, water and electric included.

April 1 till March 31 if you want to stay in. $100 a month for four months winter land storage.

We tried to find something cheaper in our area but thier all about the same price. The one marina that was cheaper was a real dump.

You dock at Smith Boys? Our boat is stored there, you'll see my boat in the parking lot come 4/15. We usually take off around the first week in May to our marina on the canal.

In central Illinois on the Illinois River in the Peoria area we have.....

Here at the Wharf Harbor Marina I have a 30ft single stall with water, electric hook-up and dock box, walking distance to one of the best steak houses in town. Docks are about 5 years old. One of the best marinas in the area because of its protection against the wind. A full service marina with a 50 ton haul-out also.

Belong to the Yacht Club too........

$1595.00 a season.........priceless:)

We have a 28' slip with a lift and we pay about $2600 per year here on the Mississippi off the Dardenne slough. My inlaws have a 30' at the Lake of the Ozarks that they pay $3800 for and they had to buy their own lift. We can make payments on it throughout the year, but if you pay upfront you save 10%. Definitely worth it to me.

I am new to this great site and though I would post my info.
I just selected my slip on Lake Coeur d’Alene the other day. $1700 for a covered slip, includes water and electric (April - Oct). I recently bought my boat and can’t wait to get her on the water.
