Lucky for me, I keep one outside my window. I get to look at every morning on the way to the bathroom :-)

It's hard waiting for spring, so I make a long list of project to do on her over winter.

I think I'll sneak down and take her out today. Cold, but the sun is shinning and the wind is calm!!

I say hello to the old girl every morning and evening as I pass her in the driveway.;) The Admiral on the other hand says "When is this %^$#&*g boat going in the water so we can have our driveway back?":kidding So she also looks forward to spring.

I do go to the marina every week and take a stare at slip C 2 and walk the dock also.

So, you all are NOT alone. Withdrawl stinks! (If this was not the "New and Improved BOC" I would have said something different!)

I wish I had indoor storage where I could tinker at will.

I stop by most afternoons on the way home to tinker, and sometimes run it up the river to test some gadget or another.

I work near the marina and often get to pop down for an hour or so. It gives me time to do the small jobs and sometimes just to have lunch while chillin out.:D

Don't sneak to the marina here in So Cal but rather sneak to the lake for a "cool" run on the boat. The admiral is not thrilled but goes along all bundled up...................she's a keeper! This was last Saturday, temp was 45F.

Being relatively new to boating, we go down every other weekend. Went this weekend to check on the boat. Then today I catch this thread and of course, you made me head down there again. Never hurts to go too often I suppose. Although, it was a pretty chilly lunch considering it's 35 degrees out. Watch me catch a cold now because of you guys.

I go down at least once a week. Most times 3-4 times. I am only a couple miles from work or home from the boat so not a big deal. Often have lunch on her just to get away from the office.
Just got the cockpit canvas zippers replaced and the canvas guy just got her back up today. Looks good.
The Admiral wanted to take the boat down to Benicia for the weekend for a little get away. Now that is a good women.
Spring come on.

Usually we go the 70 miles once or twice a winter, but this time we're about 1000 miles away!

There is a Seapuppy style Bayliner 340 afloat between a couple of float homes here at Westbay and a 57' Bayliner yacht that I've been smitten with. Both look great.

Unfortunately, ours is to far away to sneak down to. :(

Jan and I, did go for a visit last Saturday. We needed to make sure the cover was still in place after all the snow and wind we've had.:(

I, too, greet her every morning and evening as I go out and come home; she's parked in the driveway. But even if she were at the "marina", it's just out the back door to the canal, so she'd get a nice pat on the bow every day anyway. :)

At least every 2 weeks, I head down to check on it, and to do projects. It's a bit of a haul, but it's a nice getaway

At least a few times a week, and weekends. Even just to hang out and never leave the slip. It's a little chilly at 65 degrees F. today (;) sorry....), but a nice day to take her out!

As the boat is under wraps for winter on my own property, I really don't need to go to the marina to get my fix. Usually, I will secretly say a few words to sooth my baby (or rather to reassure myself) every so often when I pass by.

The admiral doesn't get jealous, but she does think I may be going off of the deep end. May be a bigger concern if the winter lasts longer than normal. May develop into one of those Tony Soprano episodes with the shrink......
