Gonna be in Watsonville, CA for about a week during mid July. Looking for a charter to take me and a couple friends fishing. Can anyone recommend a good charter company that will put us on fish? Looks like Monterey or Santa Cruz might be the best places to look.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

thanks,

Jason

saltwater is closed until spring. you might be able to try shark but i wouldn't waste my money on fishing sand dabs. maybe try looking into the delta. not sure what they catch this time of year? I'd rather save my money and surf fish for perch!

Keep in mind that you dont go out there if it's storming. Otherwise, people prefer the Kahuna: http://www.kahunasportfishing.com/

In any case, call Todd at Bayside to ask his recommendations: http://www.baysidemarinesc.com/

There's a few six packs that go down to Big Sur. They always produce.
