There isn't much foot room in the stateroom birth. It's full size. Weird angle and is in the way of.the engine access hatch and storage under. Decided to make it two piece. 3 inch high density foam with a half inch closed cell camper pad. With the matress removed to access the engine room, it leaves some padding for the hips. Covered on vinyl in case of dirt. Not making the bed unless someone sleeps on it. Next for this room is new carpet, monkey hair and a shelf for the closet. I'll leave my formals at home. :-)
