I had been thinking about this for a while because i am obsessed with maintaining a clean deck , which meant lots of work with scrubbing and cleaning the standard non slip deak which normally catches dirt very easily in the rough surface like the kids footprints or grimme after a fishing trip .
A friend had teak installed which made cleaning less tedious while still offering excellent non slip properties.
Finally decided to take the plunge. Material is a synthetic product called flexiteak.

that looks beautiful!
. It certainly looks much better than the non skid gelcoat. Pretty amazing workmanship they did there.....all those cuts and pieces to glue down and keep straight. Wow.

Thanks. The guy is one of the best in the country. He often is requested to travel by boat dealers all over Europe when they have special jobs. I had to wait 7 weeks before he had time for my minor job.
