New fuel gauge sender, put carpet on slip trailer, new prop, extend Bimini front and back, new clears and mosquito screens, camper cover, new upholstery on the seats, bbq, new burl wood gauge panel. And a generator. In that order. For now.... B)

I think you have discovered that boating is so much fun! Not only you get to enjoy the freedom of cruising on the water without following any lane markings as you aim your boat wherever you choose but you can also add/modify/improve many gadgets and features on your boat (er, castle). Planning for these projects and executing them is as much fun as hearing that comforting engine sound and the splash of water against our face.

Enjoy!

I just bought the same kit except mine is for two helm stations. I plan on installing it next weekend if the weather cooperates. Any tips or pointers for the install?

Not really. It's really easy, just follow the instructions. Just two things... When your looking for a positive connection behind the dash make sure your volt meter is reading 12v not -12v. That means you've got it back to front lol. And when your playing around near the engine keep a rag handy or you'll get greasy footprints all over the deck when you hop out ;) . Oh and it's handy but not necessary to have a helper when you screw the new actuator tops to the transom. You might want someone to pull the wire while you push it against the transom so the wire doesn't pinch. I drilled a slightly larger hole for the wire to avoid that.

And don't put your tools and stuff under the trim tabs cause when you unscrew the top off the actuator some oil will spill out and run along the top of the tabs and drip all over your gear hahaha. Found out that one the hard way
