Replacement futon/ sun pad measurement is 64"x42", you can see 6 mounting holes on this base where the screws were bolted underside,,,

When its folded this way, I'm still able to access my transom locker,,,also I bolted 4 mounting screws on the front/rear edge of the molded storage locker

On the other half rear side, I was lucky enough to have a cooler w same height, when back rest is folded up easy access to cooler/ diving board

Cooler works well as a support for now
This will be continued, now I'm working on 2 SS foldable legs will rest both sides of this cooler when folded flat + Kim is going to skin the whole thing in white,,, will post more pic later
Put my fourwinns cuddy up for sale on local CL last nite,,, got 5 guys coming now.
I better go wash her down.

Just read this complete post you did some excellent work plus really well documented with great pics. It's really nice to understand every part, piece that's on your boat and know it's better than when it left the factory. I can appreciate all your time and labor that went into one nice looking boat enjoy it.

This has to give you great pride to see her sitting on the water like that. She is gorgeous! Thanks for taking the time to share these! seeing you do the gimble bearing reminds me of doing mine. My Gimble ring went and I did the whole shebang (gimble Gimble ring post) .... That was a long weekend for sure! :)

Do you have any advice for "first timers" regarding drive shaft bellow removal and installation? I do have patience and am no stranger to working in restricted access places. I'd like to think that should give me some advantage for this task.

Having the proper tools will help your process go much faster/smoother.
Have no idea what you're working on, but great time to replace the lower shift cable if Alpha.
