I picked up the Lewmar V700 at West Marine on sale for ~$581
I picked up most of the cables/lugs/lug crimp/heat shrink at GDEALS for ~$200
The Solenoid (not included in Lewmar kit) cost ~$74 from Amazon
Probably spent another $100 for miscellaneous stuff relating to the install
Total cost ~$1000
Labor was probably 20 hours spread over the winter. The most difficult part was running the cables from the battery to the bow in locations where my body didn't want to go resulting in much back pain.

Thanks all
I added a few more pic's and will a a few more when I receive my rode and hook-up the anchor. I bought a SS Bruce type anchor. The roller is the Bayliner stock that came with the 245. I might need to change it though because the anchor might be too big or long. But then I might take the anchor back and get the next size down.

i went with the delta quickset 22#. i bought the roller to match.(1 got 20% off) my boat is still in storage so i don't if the anchor will fit on the stock roller. i hope it does so i don't have to modify anything.
