After each visit I now suddenly have to re log back on. Had this issue a while back and it was solved.

Happens to me regularly also, not a big deal as it's in memory so just an additional click however it is starting to get to me. Not sure but it seems to happen when I log in on my other computer which seems to kick me off of the other one and visa versa. I say not sure because not all the time or every time.

I have been getting logged out a lot more frequently lately too.
I have been subscribed to random threads a couple times...
Page numbers still are dorked up

Can we punt this Kunena software yet?

I think it might be windows related.
Every time my computer does some forced update I have to start using passwords on websites that require them.

It started happening a week or so ago on laptop, tablet and smart phone. Something clearly changed.

BOC processes cookies different that most sites, or perhaps Windows processes BOC's cookies different than other web sites. (It is BOC, btw) It will keep and process a cookie from some of the BOC pages, but not all of them.
Here is the one page that will always allow me to stay logged in: www.baylinerownersclub.org/
The forums page will not process or keep the cookie correctly. A web guy could figure this out and make it work. We don't have good support from the provider we have selected.
YMMV

I use Pale Moon and stay logged on until I run my daily antispam/Malware stuff. Then I have my name and PW listed and all I have to do is check the box to keep me logged in and no problem...

Maybe there has been enough software changes that it may be a good idea to delete the "baylinerownersclub" cookie, shut down the browser then logged back in... that will create a new cookie...

BOC uses cookies to track whether you are logged in or not.
The login cookie is a session cookie - so if you close your browser you get logged off whether you clicked "remember me" or not.

If you are using porn mode to look at BOC and you close your BOC window, you will get logged off even if you dont close the browser.

The problem with "remember me" is because the system does not change the session cookies into a cookie with an expire date.

There are other things that could be causing the problem if BOC is behind load balancers, but that is unlikely.

I use windows and log on directly to the forums and have no problem.

Well, we know what you are up to. Are you and UncleJerky the same user? :)
I do use InPrivate mode to allow me to read the Bellingham Herald online version without a subscription.
Do you get better porn when you don't get a cookie or keep history? This is a great question, because both answers are damning. :)

I use porn mode all the time at work - it makes it easier to do the web dev stuff, get rid of authentication tokens, app settings etc..
Persistent cookies are a pain in the ass when you do what I do.
I work in the network security sphere - primarily on web sites and SOA/SAS infrastructure and services.
