Not a big deal but it seems like every now and then I need to log in again as it no longer automatically does so. First I thought this was maybe something on my side however as time passes it just keeps on happening. Maybe 1 out of 20 logins but never really counted or have seen a pattern. Home, laptop, or work computer all do the same. Using a mac and Safari in all locations if that changes anything. Just happened before I posted this so I decided to speak up. :(

Why all the sudden do we have to log in every time we look at BOC forums again? Have we had another update? This is true with my laptop, tablet and phone so I doubt it is an issue on my end.

Once in a while, you will need to login again. The suite of software we use is complex and multi-faceted and it is frequently updated in one way or another. I suggest you set up your own computers/tablets to save your login info (where security permits) and use that to log you in. I have my password and login name saved so when I get logged out, it takes one click to log back in. I suggest you do the same.

Thanks for the reply, at least we know it is normal. Not a big deal as I also have this saved so no typing involved for the two fingered marvel.

Mickey, if you're having to log in every time, the issue is with the config at your end, not the BOC.
