ummm, maybe your user name and password don't match?

I've looked at your account - no issue on this end. Clear your cookies and saved user names and passwords in the browser's memory on your desktop.

The issue would be with the browser or the user interface, you ;) Your browser is either logging you in automatically with the wrong username and password combination or you are typing it in with the caps on ....... Try deleting cookies for the site, clear you browser cache and log in again as Mike suggested.

The browser is not logging in automatically.....and I am not using caps.
It all worked fine til the changeover a few months ago.
Since I mainly use the I Pad I won't worry about it......and yes I cleared cache and cookies etc

Well lets see we have what, 20,000 members and you seem to be the only desktop with issues logging in. So by the laws of probability the issue is not likely a result of the software upgrade here  However if you wish we can work with you to try to determine what the issue is with your desktop configuration that is preventing you from logging in. :)

Why don't you try this. Log in with your iPad. Once logged in change your password to something simple. Log out and back in with your iPad and new password to verify it's working. (known good)
Log out with your iPad. Don't just close the browser, but log out. Now log in with your desktop computer with the new password. If it works, change the password to something permanent and log off and back on from the desktop. If all is good, log off from the desktop and back on with the iPad with the latest password.
I'm not sure if this software will allow logins from two different IP's simultaneously, so make sure you are logged off either connection prior to logging in with the other.

The changeover to the new software brought with it a requirement for tougher passwords. Your password must be 8 characters or more, and have 1 or more numerals, upper case letters, lower case letters and special symbols ($&@?!). Only the most security-savvy users were doing that in '07.

So, caps are mandatory, and you say you're not using caps.

If you want, I can reset your login and give you a new temporary password. You can then log in on your desktop and set up a new password that meets the requirements.

Then how does my password work with no caps?

had the same question and the answer was simple: rolled over from the old format as it contained at least some of the requirements......

Yes, some members transitioned over from the old system and retained their old passwords. Anyone who changes/changed a password must meet the new requirements.
