I pick the attachment, hit insert, add labeling, and check it with preview. It shows, that the formatting is there, but when I submit, no pic, when I go back to check the post, the pic formatting is gone.

Sorry but resizing on a phone is a pain. I don't know what to say if that is what it is. You would think that technology today would be a bit better. It wasn't that way a week ago. :(

Yes, this is a recent problem with the software update. I too have had problems uploading from my PC. I had to upload to google + and copy/paste the photo from there... very painful... Hopefully by Tuesday PM, this will all be in the past...

Will that Tuesday update also address the logging out issue or no? Just curious, not piling on ...

Formattting the pics below 500x600 allows them to post, but odd sizes such as wide frame types are a pain in the azz to get right.

I sure hope so... I have had so many log on failures of users emailing me for help, it is driving me to drink... I even have to change user names so there is no space in them... its really a PITA...

Keep in mind, I am not mad at the users that can't log on... Its the frustration with the latest upgrade in software...

Here's a great little program than can easily size one or many photos which I have been using for many years - and it's free! You can get it at this site.

www.rw-designer.com/picture-resize

Download it
Drag it to your desktop
Rename it to PhotoResize600x500.exe If there is no .exe than just rename it PhotoResize600x500 or even more simply 600x500
That's it!!

Then simply drop and drag your photo(s) onto the desktop icon and your re-sized copies of your photos will be made! Your originals are maintained.Nothing simpler.

It does have greater functionality for those who are interested as described on the website.

And yes, I know it's an exe file which is supposedly a no-no to download and run but I have been using this program for years with no issues on my PC.

I don't know whether it will work on Apple computers!
