[quote="crowder.dr" post=519615So just to be clear your issue is you cant log in period on some devices. Or your different devices don't remember you. ?[/quote]

Multiple devices, multiple networks. Now they are back to working (except having to log in each time). I connected to my MyFi device to see if that would fix it... no joy. Tried the iPad and it worked fine. Should have tried my wife's Mac. Three computers, same problem this afternoon.

For about 4 hrs I could not log into BOC. I entered my user name and password hit enter and the system would clear the two boxes and leave me on the screen. It was the same thing on my smart phone and when I changed my IP address. Not sure what happened to fix it but it is fixed now. I did sent Doug and Dave an email on what was happening.

I also tried internet explorer and firefox.

I like the feature of being logged out for inactivity. My computer remembers my log in and password, I type i in the user name and it fills the rest out. Our school computers log you out even at home after a certain time of inactivity, same with my bank both here and in the states.

I suspect it may be the server, even if idle not logging out uses up data, but there should be a happy medium, log us out after 15 - 30 min. but let us preserve the log in info on our computers.
We should still be able to preserve the right to have our private computers to keep our log in info like it used to be for quick access, if not fixed I will shorten my password consideralby.y banks and credit cards let me keep My banks and credit cards no longer let me keep my log in name now. ebay does, but my business acct. at fisheries supplies does not.

Okay I will try this once again. This is not something that was set by us, nor a change to the server. The software IS configured to allow writing to your computer(a cookie) your username and password for the site. The host is not limiting anything. So to recap we are looking at all possibilities to resolve the issue. When one is found we post an notice here to let you know

Today if I have two tabs open and I move from BOC to the other tab and back I have to log in again every time. Pain but until the issues are resolved I will do just that.

Hi guys, Yep, I've also had issues with logging in and staying logged in. But you know what? I'm sure the administrators are doing their very best to sort out the problem and I'd like to thank them all for their efforts. It's not a job that just anyone will do, so full marks to all of you! Thanks for keeping this forum going so well :) :) :)

I have no issues logging in on any of my puters or pads or iphones however it does not remember me. Not a big deal as my computers do remember me.

Figure I should post this as it may help. When I go to BOC, this is the screen I get. As you can see all the login info is there, just need to click logon. Should mention all my devices are mac based.

Are all your devices on the same network ie home router or are you accessing them from a different wifi network or cell

All my devices work off the same wifi
My phone has no issue with the log in

As for the old site never did that whine, move on, its gone, it is what it is :pinch: . This site was auto upgraded a few days ago and some issues need to be worked out between the software and the host server. We are working on it as fast as we can in a measure that is commensurate with the compensation received.

I referred to the old site only for indicating I never changed anything on my computer since the transfer.

Any update on the constant need to re-enter password? Leaving the site for even a minute now requires a new log in on laptop, cell and tablet.

Sorry no. Try clearing your cookies again. I increased the session time to the Maximum 60 minutes which should leave you logged in longer but the underlying bug is still unresolved.
