Prior to selling my 38, I punctured the tube on my dinghy thus "totaling" it. So the dinghy didn't go with the 38 sale so I was able to keep the Weaver system other than the hydraulic foot pump. The entire system sells for ~$4500 new based on the website today. I purchased and installed all of this only 3 years ago - www.baylinerownersclub.org/index.php/for...stall-on-a-38#456896

Here is what I have.

- The 4" heavy duty davit heads as seen here. NOTE: the part that actually mounts to the swimstep is still on the old 38 so those would have to be purchased separately: www.weaverindustries.com/index.cfm/produ...d-up-to-4-inches.htm
- The transom and bow arc as seen here. NOTE: the feet that hold the arcs were 5200'd into the dinghy thus didn't survive a removal so those would need to be purchased separately - www.weaverindustries.com/index.cfm/produ...uty-davit-system.htm
- The heavy duty leaver/hoist motor mount as seen here: www.weaverindustries.com/index.cfm/category/12/weaver-hoist.htm

Asking $1,000 OBO

Hi there, where are you located at?
If I'm only interest in the arc, how much would it be?
Thanks

Dylan

When you say the "hydraulic foot pump" is missing, what exactly do you mean?

I'm interested but unsure what you are offering.

Here's what I think, please confirm.
2 feet mounted onswimstep
2 lifting arms with mounting brackets
Weaver lever - for lifting engine in place with all mounting parts

Do I have this right?

The hydraulic foot pump is in the picture from the original install post (the first link in this thread)

The 4" feet that mount on the swim step come in two parts. A removable 4" portion which is where the arc's snap into. And a non-removable plate that gets bolted to the swim step. I don't have the non-removable portion.

For the arcs. The front arc has 3 feet that glue/screw to the hull of the dinghy. Those stayed with the old dinghy and I have the rest of the arc/mount. For the rear arc, it has one transom bracket that is again glued/bolted to the transom and I no longer have, I just have the arc.

For the leaver I have everything for your motor to sit on and for it to mount to the dinghy. The hydraulic foot pump I mention as not being available is what was actually used to raise/lower the dinghy.

Hope this helps.
