I have owned my 47 since last September but only gone a couple of hours from home port, until last week.
Started by crossing the straight to Vancouver. Picked a friend and cruised up to the north end of 'Indian Arm'. The next morning, had breakfast in 'Molly's Reach', checked out Gibsons and saw the 'Persephone', then lapped Bowen island before tying up in 'False Creek'.Back across the straight to home, some nice weather, interesting sights, amazing scenery, close to 30 hours cruising on about 90 gallons of fuel.

Sounds like an amazing trip in that beauty of a bayliner! And that fuel burn is amazing, was it all at idle cruising?

I keep her at 1200 RPM which gives me 7 knots(GPS).

I wish I could do that, I get too impatient and always cruise at between 12 and 14 knots. I know it's burning a lot more fuel but I can't help myself :-)
