For the first time, we took 3 weeks off. This let us cover a bit more ground and get thoroughly relaxed. A few more pics at http://www.baylinerownersclub.org/gallery/1000_islands_07

Mike, looks like a great time was had by all. Nice shots!

Hey, a quick hint on the pics in your album...if you want them to display a bit larger, do this.
1. Log in to your album, then get to the page that shows all the pics in your Thousand Islands sub-album on one page (all thumbnail size).
2. In the upper right drop-down box, select resize all.
3. In the box that comes up, select 800.
4. Click the change size button.

Now all your pics should show up in a larger size in your posts.

You can do this in any of your albums.

Looks Great, I would love to have a little more time down there. I could spend weeks in the 1000 islands. I have lived just over an hour from it all my life, but untill you experience it by boat you just cant realize how nice it is. Great pics.

Yup - great place to relax, explore, swim, walk - you name it. Definitely a hidden gem for cruisers.

BTW, saw far more 'D' boats this year. Were the construction trades shut down longer, or are more Quebecers getting into boating?

Great shots; thanks for sharing them. I have always loved cruising the Thousand Islands region. The only sad thing is that I have come and gone between the US and Canada many times; going back to when I was a child with no papers, documents, or passports. Now I understand you need a passport, which I don't even have, and probably will not get. I guess the next time I'm up there I will have to stay on my side of the fence. Shame.

Safe and Happy Boating!

I don't think you need a passport yet. I know it's coming, but you can still cross with photo ID and evidence of citizenship, like a birth certificate.

BTW, why would you probably never get a passport?
