Baking pie on Plum Lucky. My better half is installing a new convection microwave oven to hopefully replace the Breville convection oven that we have one board, which we love and which heats up to 400 degrees in 5 minutes, but we have to haul it out of the companionway cabinet every time we use it. So, I used the slow to heat up Princess oven today. First world problems!

We are tied to the dock in Ladysmith mixing boat work with pleasure. My husband is changing out the microwave and putting in a convection/microwave so
I had to find something to keep me busy! ;)

Done and half gone. It's a regular feature in our galley, so maybe next time? ;)
