We just tried this marinade for pork tenderloins and it was wonderful.
6 T olive oil
6 T soy sauce
1 lemon
4-6 cloves garlic
Fresh Rosemary
Ground Peper

Grate the outside of the lemon, squeeze juice of lemon and add to the lemon zest. Mix olive oil and soy sauce to lemon mixture. Press garlic through press and add to mixture. Remove stem from Rosemary and add to mixture. Add fresh ground pepper to taste. Marinade whole tenderloins for 24 hours or longer. Grill whole then slice.

When we're cooking on the dock, we are required to use electric grills (no propane or charcoal allowed) and they tend to dry meat out while cooking. This marinade was wonderful because it kept the meat moist.
