Look how "dry" #1 and #2 connecting rods are. Think it got hot? Note the left side of #2 rod. Looks like aluminum shaving off. Viewed: 621 times.

Engine is ready to go. Already have it prelubed. (see platic tubing) Also recieved my BOC license plate. Viewed: 618 times.

The tranny checked out OK. But I still had them install a new control valve module in it. Also installed a new starter. Viewed: 587 times.

Almost done! Blue engine, Black tins and red wires. Even Tim the tool man would be pleased. Viewed: 602 times.

We finshed installation on May 3rd. She started on the first attempt. As of this posting she has over 3000 miles on her. We are ready to try the Chesapeake Bay again on June 19th. Viewed: 657 times.
