We all arrived on Saturday afternoon and before we got settled down, the evening was here. Sunday morning was pretty rainy and wet but then it cleared up and we were headed upstream to explore the lake.

Roasted pig, incredible sausage, delicious brisket, tons of sidedishes, can you imagine anything better? Viewed: 1123 times.

The owners of the land (who threw the party) were so nice that they let us stay at their dock. Viewed: 1333 times.

Monday was going in a slow pace, the morning was wet (after a big storm at night) and it never cleared up during the day. The lake was almost empty. Despite that we headed out to the beach for a swim and a relaxing afternoon in general. We saw a Heron circle our boat a couple times and then land nearby. Viewed: 1166 times.

Dan and Coleen let us stay at their dock (technically their neighbor's dock) and were some of the nicest folks we've ever met. Viewed: 1292 times.
