New ladder in fully extended position. It almost reaches the ground which makes it about 3' long.

New mounting holes. Four for each monting bracket. Big bolts, big washers, ugly installation but still better than the fold-up ladder on the swim platform. Please disregard the stains on the platform, the bushes behind the boat are blooming now. :(
