	$Defrost heat exchanger located in the compartment behind the refridgerator. Fresh air comes into this otherwise sealed compartment via a through hull located in the cave\'s closet.$

Espar heater installed in the cabinet just aft of the sink. The hot water from the heater goes to the cabin heat exchanger, the defroster exchanger, and the domestic hot water heater. This allows us to take showers without having to run the engine to heat up water.

The defrost hot air tubes cary fresh air from the heat exchanger to the diffusiers on the dash. One tube is for the port and center windshield and the other tube is for the starboard (helm) windshield. This is the only place that the defrost tubes are visible from.

	$Starboard defrost diffuser. There are vertical and horizontal holes to blow fresh and or warm air across the windshields. The size and number of the holes are calculated to equal the area of the 3\" diameter fresh air tubes.$

Cabin heat exchanger located underneath the step.

The cabin heat thermostat and timer. There is a relay network that turns on the cabin heat exchanger fan and the boiler only when the thermostat calls for heat in the cabin. There is a switch on the dash that turns on the boiler itself so that you can use the defroster and supply domestic hot water without heating up the cabin. The timer is a diagnostic interface and allows for 7 day timed operation so that in the winter you can arrive at port to a nice warm boat.
